Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of PAC psychological resiliency theory combined with sensory integration training in rehabilitation nursing of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:A total of 102 patients with ischemic stroke who received treatment from January 2017 to November 2019 were selected as research objects by convenient sampling. A total of 51 patients admitted from January 2017 to May 2018 were set as the control group, and 51 patients admitted from June 2018 to November 2019 were set as the observation group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation care, while the observation group implemented nursing intervention based on PAC psychological resiliency theory and sensory integration training at basis of it. The motor function score, activity of daily living score, anxiety score, depression score and nervous system recovery of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results:The motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [ (64.0±14.9) vs. (49.1±13.8) ], and the activity of daily living score was lower than that of the control group [ (13.5±4.4) vs. (17.3±4.0) ] , and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The nervous system recovery effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The anxiety symptom score [ (7.6±2.8) vs. (12.1±2.7) ] and the depression symptom score [ (6.8±2.5) vs. (11.3±2.6) ] of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Application of PAC psychological resiliency theory combined with sensory integration training in rehabilitation nursing of patients with ischemic stroke can improve motor function and activity of daily living of patients, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms of them and improve their quality of life.
