Abstract: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is the most common sleep-disordered breathing disease, with high incidence and serious harm. Polysomnography (PSG) is currently the "gold standard" for the diagnosis of OSA, but its clinical application in pregnant population is restricted in many ways, so the preliminary sleep screening scale has become an effective choice for evaluating and predicting the occurrence of OSA in pregnant people. Therefore, this paper reviews the current status of application of related sleep preliminary screening scales in pregnant population so as to clarify the screening value of every scale and provide references for future clinical research.
