Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of rehabilitation nursing intervention model led by specialist nurses on rehabilitation of knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018, we selected 60 patients underwent internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Science and Technology as research objects by convenience sampling. All patients were divided into two groups according to hospitalization ward, 30 cases in each group. Control group carried out the routine nursing program, and observation group took multidisciplinary cooperation led by specialist nurses to evaluate, formulate, organize and implement the personalized rehabilitation nursing plan. We compared the degree of knee swelling, pain, knee joint function, and quality of life of patients between two groups.Results:The degree of knee swelling and score of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) in observation group 3, 7 and 14 days after operation were lower than those in control group with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . The Rasmussen score of knee joint, scores of social function, physical function and psychological function in General Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI) of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group also with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention led by specialist nurses for patients with tibial plateau fracture surgery can improve the rehabilitation effect of knee joint function and patients' quality of life.
