Abstract:
139 patients with the clinical epilepsy (139: untreated; 7: interuption of drug therapy) received an electroencephalogram between crisises or during or after crisises if occuring the crisis during electrencephalogram, combining with activated tests such as deep breath, intervented photostimulation and berger tests. The results have shown that the paroxysmal typical epyleptoid electroencephalogram occurred more frequent in patients with focal epilepsy than in patients with total epilepsy. The typical epileptoid electroencephalogram was not suitable with clinical description occurred frequent in patients with focal epilepsy (especially complex focal epilepsy). Which emphasied an important role of electroencephalogram in classfication of epilepsy crisis and determination of epilepsy focus in the researches in community.
