Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of special training on improving the prevention and control ability of pressure injuries of junior nurses in internal medical wards.Methods:By the convenient sampling method, 40 junior nurses who worked in the internal medicine wards in ClassⅡ Grade A hospital in Yixing from November 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects, and training was conducted by means of theory, scenario simulation and case analysis. Before and after training, the theoretical assessment, practical assessment scores were compared.Results:The theoretical assessment score after intervention was (92.88±4.65) , which was higher than that (80.25±8.69) before intervention; after intervention, practical assessment score was (91.63±4.14) , higher than that (79.25±8.74) before intervention, the differences before and after intervention were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Special training on prevention and control ability of pressure injuries for junior nurses in internal medical wards can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of pressure injuries of junior nurses, improve their awareness of risk prevention, improve satisfaction of patients, enhance the professional identity of nurses and stabilize the nursing team.
