Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of narrative nursing in patients with idiopathic tinnitus. Methods:According to the convenience sampling method, a total of 30 patients with idiopathic tinnitus who were admitted and treated in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from December 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group while 30 patients with idiopathic tinnitus who were admitted from March 2019 to May 2019 were selected as the experimental group. Patients in the control group were given routine psychological nursing while patients in the experimental group were given psychological nursing by narrative nursing. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire (TEQ) were used to compare the degree of tinnitus and anxiety before and after intervention between the two groups. The curative effects after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the scores of TEQ (7.93±2.57) and HAMA (12.13±3.26) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=2.724, 8.167; P<0.05) . The effective rate of treatment was 73.3% (22/30) in the experimental group and 63.3% (19/30) in the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ 2=0.917, P> 0.05) . Conclusions:Using narrative nursing method for psychological nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions caused by tinnitus and improve the perception and response to tinnitus, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
