Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of "5E" rehabilitation nursing model in coronary disease patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) .Methods:We selected PCI patients of the Fourth Department of Cardiology in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University as subjects by convenience sampling. A total of 82 patients from November 2018 to December 2018 were in control group, and 86 patients were from April 2019 to May 2019 were in observation group. Control group carried out the routine nursing model, while observation group implemented the "5E" rehabilitation nursing model. Self-management behavior and quality of life of patients between two groups were assessed with the Coronary Heart Disease Self-management Behavior Scale (CSMS) and the China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases (CQQC) .Results:Three months after discharge, the sub-scale scores of disease medical management, daily life management in CSMS and the score of CQQC of patients in observation group were (45.77±6.39) , (34.28±5.83) and (71.23±18.53) respectively higher than those in control group with statistical differences ( t=2.813, 3.909, 2.301; P<0.05) . Conclusions:The "5E" rehabilitation nursing model for patients after PCI can improve patients' self-management behavior and quality of life.
