Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of the standardized structural method of sleep quality SLEEP-MAD model in ICU patients with sleep disorders, and to explore the standardized nursing model to improve the sleep quality of ICU patients. Methods:A total of 180 patients with sleep disorders who were admitted to Shanxi Bethune Hospital Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences ICU from 1st July 2018 to 30th June 2019 were divided into 85 cases of observation (1st July 2018 to 31th December 2018) and 95 group in the control group (1st January 2019 to 30th June 2019) according to the method of convenient sampling. The control group gave routine sleep management, the observation group carried on the cluster intervention management according to the SLEEP-MAD model request, uses the Richards Campbell Sleep Questionnaire (RCSQ) to carry on the sleep quality evaluation and the related factor data collection, through the statistical result to carry on the analysis explanation to the application effect. Results:Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the RCSQ scores between the two groups of patients ( P>0.05) . After the intervention, the patients in the observation group had higher scores in the other dimensions than the control group, except for difficulty in re-sleeping, the others' differences were statistical significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The standardized structural method of sleep quality, SLEEP-MAD model, is applied to the nursing of patients with sleep disorder in ICU, which can effectively improve the coping level of patients and improve and improve the quality of sleep.
