Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to data analysis to understand the needs. Results:By analyzing, marshaling and extracting, there were three themes concerned by postoperative patients. Those themes included the needs for health education, improving unhealthy psychology and health services. Conclusions:Hip fracture patients with hip arthroplasty have many burdens and needs for physiology, psychology and society.
