Abstract: Frailty has gradually become a new important complication for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, which has been widely concerned. This paper expounds the occurrence, development mechanism and influencing factors of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by weakness, discusses the existing problems in the clinical management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by weakness in China, and makes recommendations.
