Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of staged rehabilitation exercise on quality of life and hip function in femoral neck fracture patients after operation. MethodsFrom January 2018 to January 2019, we selected 100 femoral neck fracture patients at Baogang Hospital of Inner Mongolia by convenience sampling. All of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine rehabilitation exercise, while experimental group implemented staged rehabilitation. We compared the quality of life, pain, hip function and incidence of complication of patients between two groups. ResultsThe score of quality of life of experimental group was higher than that of control group six months after operation with a statistical difference (P<0.05). The scores of hip function of experimental group three and six months after surgery were higher than those of control group with statistical differences (P<0.05). Six months after surgery, the score of visual analog scale of experimental group was lower than that of control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complication after surgery between two groups (P> 0.05). ConclusionsStaged rehabilitation exercise for femoral neck fracture patients after operation can relieve the pain of patients, promote hip function recovery and improve the quality of life.
