Abstract:
Combined with the economic development in China and people's need for health, training for pediatric nurse specialist has begun in 2017 to improve nursing professional quality and service ability. However, the specialized nursing training levels, training field, training content, course offered and recertification are still at the exploratory stage. According to domestic nurse specialist demand and foreign nurse specialist development, we should build the unified and normal pediatric nurse specialist training system, and carry out nurse specialist training hierarchically and in different fields, and perfect nurse specialist recertification which is important for national pediatric nurse development and building high level of pediatric nurse specialist team.
