Abstract:
Objective? To analyze the relevant literature of the research on the evaluation of the training quality of professional degree postgraduates in China, explore the current situation and development trend of the research, and provide a reference for the research on the evaluation system of the training quality of nursing professional degree postgraduates. Methods? The documents related to the quality evaluation of professional degree postgraduate training included in CNKI, VIP and Wanfang academic journal database were retrieved. The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of each database to 12nd May, 2019. This paper analyzed the annual change, regional distribution, periodical distribution and research methods of literature. Results? A total of 106 related literatures were included. The number of literatures was increasing year by year. Totally 90.91% of the authors came from schools, and only 39.62% of the literatures were monographs. Most of the research methods used were analytic hierarchy process, and the clinical medicine specialty paid more attention to the related research. Conclusions? The research on the quality evaluation of professional degree postgraduate training in China has been carried out gradually. It is urgent to build a scientific and unified quality evaluation system focusing on the characteristics of nursing specialty, ensuring the internal and external quality.
