Abstract:
Objective? To observe the effect of digestive tract specialist nursing combined with seamless contact nursing intervention in patients undergoing digestive endoscopy. Methods? Using a convenient sampling method, a total of 180 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in the Endoscopy Center, Taizhou Municipal Hospital from March 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 90 cases in each group, based on the random number table. The control group was given conventional gastrointestinal specialist nursing intervention, on the basis of that, the seamless contact nursing care was given in the observation group. The nursing satisfaction, physiological indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results? The satisfaction of the observation group was 98.89%, higher than the control group(87.78%) with statistically significance (P<0.05); the heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory indicators of the observation group were all better than the control group with statistically significance (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions(infection, catheter drop, etc.) of the observation group was 4.44%(4/90), lower than 24.44%(22/90) of the control group with statistically significance (P< 0.05). Conclusions? Digestive tract specialist nursing combined with seamless contact nursing in risk control of digestive endoscopy nursing can alleviate patients' psychological pressure, reduce adverse events, reduce nursing risks, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
