Abstract:
Objective? To establish the the system of nursing sensitive quality indicators in the stroke unit and to provide a reference for nursing quality control in the stroke unit. Methods? Totally 23 experts on clinical nursing, nursing management and hospital quality management from the field of Neurology across China were selected for enquiry between July and August 2018. With the "structure-process-outcome" theory from total quality management as the framework, the item pool for the the system of nursing sensitive quality indicators in the stroke unit was established for expert consultation by literature analysis and group discussion. Results? The expert authority score (Cr) of two rounds was 0.80 and 0.81. Kendall's W of the first and second round of expert opinions was 0.316 and 0.412 (P＜ 0.05). Finally, a the system of nursing sensitive quality indicators in the stroke unit was established, which included 3 primary indicators, 10 secondary indicators and 10 tertiary indicators. Conclusions? Since the expert authority score is high and the results are reliable, the the system of nursing sensitive quality in the stroke unit may provide a reference for quality control in the stroke unit.
