Abstract:
As an important pathogen of community pneumonia in children，human adenovirus is one of the common pathogens of severe pneumonia.Its high mortality and sequelae have caused a great burden on children's families and society.The risk factors of severe adenoviral pneumonia include virus types，virus loads，age，immune status of patients，and environmental factors.Early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment help improve prognosis.The pathogenesis，risk factors，clinical manifestations，diagnosis and treatment，and prognosis of severe adenovirus pneumonia are reviewed in this paper.
