Abstract:
Pediatric respiratory intervention has rapidly advanced over the past few decades, with biopsy techniques now a critical tool for diagnosing respiratory diseases in children.Techniques such as mucosal biopsy, transbronchial needle aspiration, transbronchial lung biopsy, and transbronchial cryobiopsy are allowed for the collection of various tissue samples, including mucosa, lymph nodes, and lung tissue. The development of imaging technologies such as virtual bronchoscopic navigation and the LungPro full-lung diagnostic navigation system has not only enhanced the precision of sample collection but also facilitated the application of these techniques in children.Despite these advancements, the development of medical devices and techniques suited to the unique aspects of pediatric airways remains a crucial task for specialists in this field.
