By convenience sampling, the ophthalmic patients who underwent day surgery in the Day Medical Sector of a hospital from January to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects. A total of 292 ophthalmic patients admitted from January to March 2016 were put into the control group, and 292 ophthalmic patients admitted from April to June 2016 were put into the experimental group. The control group received conventional education and the experimental group received diversified education. Health Awareness Questionnaire and Nursing Satisfaction Scale were used to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results? After intervention, the experimental group achieved a score of (48.16±7.12)in health awareness, higher than the control group (46.68±8.07) with a statistical difference (t=-2.34,P=0.02). After intervention, the experimental group achieved a score of (29.88±0.91) in nursing satisfaction degree, higher than the control group (28.87±3.97)with a statistical difference (t=4.23, P<0.01).
