Abstract: In the backdrop of the new era,enhancing Party building in public hospitals,particularly the united front work,holds great significance for elevating medical service standards,fostering harmonious doctor-patient relationships,consoli-dating mechanisms of unity,and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.In this case study with the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,the authors explored how public hospitals can effectively conduct united front work in the context of strengthening Party construction and leveraging this work to promote comprehensive development in all aspects of the hospital.
