Abstract: Objective? To explore the effect of the mixed mode of target teaching and enterprise WeChat in teaching nurses of the operating room. Methods? A total of 160 intern nurses working at Nankai Hospital from July to December 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group based on the date they started in the department, 80 students in each group. The control group adopted the conventional clinical teaching method, and the observation group adopted the mixed mode of target teaching and enterprise WeChat. The theoretical and operational performance of the two groups were compared. Results? After the training in the operating room, the theoretical and operational performance of the control group was (83.06±7.18), and that of the observation group was (90.71±2.39). The performance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (t=9.04, P＜0.01). Conclusions? The combination of target teaching and enterprise WeChat in the clinical teaching in the operating room can improve the intern nurses' mastery of theory and operation skills.
