Abstract:
Objective? To explore the effects of nurses active service in outpatient. Methods? In November 2017, we selected the whole patients in outpatient service center as subjects by cluster sampling. Patients visiting from 1st November 2017 to 15th November 2017 were set in control group; patients from 16th November 2017 to 30th November 2017 were in observation group. Patients of control group received outpatient routine service, while patients of observation group were applied the model of active service. The patient satisfaction, registration and payment time were compared between two groups. Results? The patient satisfaction of observation group was 92.97% higher than that (78.97%) in control group with a statistical difference (P<0.01). The registration and payment time of patients in observation group were (3.3±1.6) minutes and (9.8±4.1) minutes respectively lower than those [(8.2±2.1) minutes and (15.8±7.4) minutes]in control group with statistical differences (t=62.330, 23.885;P< 0.01). Conclusions? The implementation of active service in outpatients can improve patient satisfaction and shorten the registration as well as payment time.
