Abstract:
? Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) carries out multidisciplinary perioperative cooperation and holistic management based on the basis of evidence-based medicine which applies contemporary anesthetic and analgesia technique, accurate surgical technic and high quality nursing care to reduce operative stress so as to reach quick recovery. At present, ERAS idea has been developed in multiple disease with low clinical popularity rate and facing many challenges in the promotion process. Cognition of medical staff on ERAS idea directly affects the clinical application of ERAS. This paper reviewed the knowledge-attitude-practice of medical staff both here and abroad on ERAS idea and analyzed its influencing factors so as to provide a basis for the smooth development of ERAS idea in clinical practice.
