Abstract:
Since the No. 1191 Medical Letters from the State Health Office in 2017, "Notice of the General Office of the National the National Health and Family Planning Commission on the Establishment and Management of Anesthesiology Clinic and Nursing Units in Medical Institutions" was issued, the establishment of anesthesia nursing posts has once again become a hotspot in the development history of anesthesia and nursing disciplines. By introducing the development model of anesthesia nursing in Wuxi People's Hospital and combining with literature analysis, this paper summarizes the development status of anesthesia nursing in China, and draws on the mature experience of developed countries in the development of anesthesia nursing, looks forward to the future direction of anesthesia specialized nursing in China, aiming at providing some ideas for standardizing and improving the cause of anesthesia nursing in China.
