Abstract:
Objective To reduce the incidence of cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome (CHS) after carotid artery stenosis (CAS) by implementing precise blood pressure (BP) management for patients with CAS. Methods From January 2015 to July 2016, we selected 202 patients with CAS into control group by purposive sampling implementing perioperative conventional nursing of neurological intervention in the Second Ward of Neurology Department of Chinese PLA General Hospital. From August 2016 to October 2017, we selected 203 patients with CAS into observation group giving precise BP management. We compared the incidence of CHS of patients between two groups. Results The incidence of CHS was 8.91% and 3.45% in control group and observation group respectively with a significant difference (χ2=5.217,P=0.022).Conclusions Precise BP management can reduce the incidence of CHS and increase the effective rate of treatment. It has good effects on patients' prognosis and provides a basis of precise BP management for clinical nursing.
