Abstract:
On the basis of expounding the concepts of primary medical institutions and position competence,this paper summarized the demand and level of post competence index of nurses in primary medical institutions,and the factors influencing position competence of nurses in primary medical institutions,and pointed out the shortcomings of existing research,so as to provide the direction for follow-up study.
