Abstract:
Objective? To explore the incidence of hypothermia and its influencing factors in patients with acute trauma. Methods? From March 2014 to March 2017, 70 patients with acute trauma from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the search object by convenient sampling method. The incidence of hypothermia was recorded and the risk factors for hypothermia in acute trauma patients were analyzed by the Cox risk model. Results?Hypothermia occurred in 32 patients with acute trauma, with an incidence of 45.71%. The Revised Trauma Score (RTS), the use of an ambulance thermal apparatus, preventive warmth retention during surgery and liquid heating were the influencing factors of hypothermia in patients with acute trauma (P<0.05). Conclusions?Targeted preventive nursing intervention can help reduce the incidence of hypothermia and improve the prognosis of patients with acute trauma.
