Abstract:
Coronary heart disease (CHD) not only threatens public health severely, but also brings a heavy economic burden to our society and country. This paper tries to start with the risk assessment tool, and reviews the risk assessment tool for CHD patients as well as its application value, existing problems and development prospects,so as to promote the secondary prevention and standardized care for CHD patients.
