Abstract:
Based on the construction of regional cooperative rescue system, chest pain center establishes a rapid treatment channel for acute chest pain especially acute myocardial infarction patients. The construction of chest pain center needs different disciplines, including nursing teams, to actively cooperate, so as to provide timely treatment for high risk chest pain especially ST-segment elevation myocardial (STEMI) patients. This paper reviewed the role of nursing teams in STEMI therapy under standardized construction of chest pain center in China, including their rapid triage and preoperative preparation in emergency room, close intraoperative coordination in the catheter room, postoperative monitoring in the cardiac care unit (CCU) and ward, health education follow up after discharge and early rehabilitation, hoping to provide reference for further research direction.
