Abstract: The effective role of self-management in the physiological, psychological and social aspects of stroke patients has been recognized and generalized gradually. In recent years, the model of stroke self management has been explored and developed constantly. This article reviewed the characteristics, details and application effects of different models of stroke self-management at home and abroad, aiming to provide referencesfor thestroke self-management program.
