Abstract:
Lean nursing research is conducted in operating room to explore the optimization of the operating room process, improve the efficiency of operating room, ensure the safety of operation, and ultimately promote the rapid recovery of patients. In this paper, the research status of lean nursing in operating room is explored in theory and practice. From the aspects of operating room process management, equipment management, material management, information construction, this paper expounds the current situation of the operating room lean management, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions.
