Abstract:
Besides introducing the concept and advantages of extended nursing care, this paper focuses on six extended nursing care models which are mature and can be applied to elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients in foreign counties. It also puts forward the challenges faced by the application of extended care in China, hoping to provide references for further development of extended nursing care model in China.
