Abstract: This paper aims to explore the current situation of self-management and perceived control in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). It may provide reference for the study of influencing factors for self-management, and help nurses to develop more effective self-management intervention program for CHD patients. It may also provide theoretical basis for decreasing disease relapse and increasing survival rate to reduce the incidence rate and to improve the quality of life.
