Abstract: Pregnancy-related liver disease is a group of severe diseases that usually resulting in worsening clinical outcome in pregnant women and fetuses. Therefore, diagnosis and treatment at early-stage are essential. This paper reviews the early-stage clinical features, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment key points of common pregnancy-related liver diseases such as hyperemesis gravidarum, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelet syndrome, and acute fatty liver of pregnancy, in order to help clinicians, improve their understanding of pregnancy-related liver disease.
