Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation of sleep quality and psychological state in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, so as to improve the hospitalization experience of patients and provide evidences for the improvement of rehabilitation effects. Methods The sleep quality and psychological state of 60 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were surveyed using Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The correlation between sleep quality and psychological state was investigated using Pearson correlation analysis. Results There were 51 patients with sleep disorders (85%), 49 patients with anxiety and depression (81.7%). Sleep quality had positive correlation with psychological state in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (r=0.543,P<0.05).Conclusions Sleep quality of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy is poor. It is necessary for nurses to take care of the psychological state, reduce the anxiety and depression and improve the sleep quality of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
