Abstract:
Early exercise in patients with ICU mechanical ventilation can effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator associated complications, the time of mechanical ventilation, ICU hospitalization days and total hospitalization days. We review the application status of early exercise in patients with ICU mechanical ventilation and its influence factors on the implementation of early exercise at home and abroad. We aim to summarize the domestic and foreign experience so as to put forward the prospects of early exercise applying in the patients with ICU mechanical over the same period.
