Abstract:
Meditation error (ME) is a major contributor to patients' hospital injury. This paper,based on reviewing the influencing factors of ME at home and abroad,points out the risk factors that may lead to clinical nurses' ME and proposes corresponding measures with SHEL accident analysis to offer a basis for management of clinical nurses' meditation as well as secure and improve patients' meditation safety.
