Abstract: Sodium hypochlorite(NaClO)overflow through apical foramen or damaged root canal wall and enter into soft tissue is rare during root canal treatment.This article reports a case of NaClO overflow during root canal treatment.Through literatures review,the symptoms,treatment methods and preventive measures of such cases are analyzed and discussed to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
