Abstract: This paper describes a case of maxillary first molar with 6 root canals.Preoperative CBCT helped to determine the root canal var-iation and the dental microscope assisted root canal position.The root canal retreatment for the molar was successfully completed and restored with endocrown.This case provides some reference and experience for the re-treatment of variable root canals in maxillary first molars.
