Abstract: A case of an ectopic canine located atypically in the infraorbital area was treated by Caldwell-Luc procedure with a small window on the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus,and the nasal endoscopy was used to assist in the extraction of the ectopic canine,finally the ante-rior sinus wall repositioned and fixited.In this case,a rare infraorbital ectopic canine tooth was successfully extracted through minimally in-vasive surgery without significant postoperative complications.
