Abstract:
This paper introduces the relevant concepts and the significances of nursing human resource allocation. This paper also reviews the research status of human resource allocation for combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in several aspects including the particularity, methods, current situation and the existing problems in integrated nursing with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and so on with the expectation for nursing human resource allocation.
