Abstract:
To ensure that medical staff can accurately estimate the blood loss and its severity in limited time, quickly implement reasonable fluid treatment plan and provide dynamic assessment for corresponding monitoring indexes, the department which the author was in developed a turntable for quick estimation in hemorrhage and volume resuscitation by itself. And then, it was used to quickly estimate the amount of bleeding in an acute stage of obstetric hemorrhage and used in volume resuscitation. It effectively improved the accuracy rate of assessment and the qualified rate of fluid resuscitation in medical staff.
