Abstract:
In 1982, the concept of "nursing clinical ladder model" was put forward, which was a new type of nurse stratified training management model based on the different abilities of nurses to fix, grade,definite responsibility and fixed salary. This study reviewed the application of the domestic and international nurses training program based on model, including the basic situation, the nurse′s hierarchical training system construction and the clinical practice of model at home and abroad.
