Abstract:
Drug induced autoimmune hepatitis (DIAIH) refers to the liver injury mediated by druginduced autoimmune reaction.Since it has similar clinical features as idiopathic autoimmune hepatitis,it is often difficult to make differential diagnosis in clinical practice.A deep understanding of the development,pathogenesis,related drugs,risk factors,and clinical and histological features of DIAIH helps with the correct diagnosis and treatment of DIAIH.
