The experimental group received a series of service scripts to carry out health education. Results After the health education according to nursing service scripts, the awareness rates of patients in the experimental group and control group were 92.9% and 80.15%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (χ2=118.15,P<0.01). Patients satisfaction rates in the experimental group and control group were 99.38% and 93.49% with statistically significant difference (χ2=103.82,P<0.05).
