Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of Bevacizumab combined with interferons in patients with kidney neoplasms in advanced stage, the rate of receiving treatment plan completely and effective nursing measures of reducing the adverse reactions. Methods Patients with kidney neoplasms in advanced stage who received the treatment of Bevacizumab combined with interferons were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine specialist nursing, while patients in the observation group received health edcation and prevention measures for predictably adverse reactions. Results The incidences of adverse reactions (weak, hypertension, hemorrhinia) except for proteinuria (P=0.49) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group with significant differences (P<0.05). The cognition degree for the treatment of Bevacizumab combined with interferons, treatment compliance and the rate of receiving treatment plan completely of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) except for the rate of receiving treatment plan at one stage (P=0.423).Conclusions The health education and the predictably prevention measures for adverse reactions for patients with kidney neoplasms in advanced stage with the treatment of Bevacizumab combined with interferons improves the cognition degree of treatment, treatment compliance and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions of patients.
