Abstract:
Objective To compile a questionnaire to test ophthalmic surgery patients′self feeling and test it′s reliability and validity.Methods With literature reviewed to relevant theoretical guidance, questionnaire items were compiled using the brainstorming method. Through expert consultation and evaluation, questionnaire on self-feeling assessment for patients after ophthalmic surgery was preliminarily built, and its reliability and validity was tested. Results Questionnaire was formed by 4 dimensions, including 17 items:self-feeling, self-experience, self-assessment, self-symptoms. General Cronabach′s α was 0. 875, and Cronabach′s α of 4 dimensions were among 0. 695 ~ 0. 850. Exploratory factor analysis showed its good structure validity. Conclusions It shows that self-feeling questionnaire for patients after ophthalmic surgery has a good reliability and stability which is suitable for clinical use.
