Abstract:
This article introduces the importance of volume management in discharged patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF) , analyzes the influencing factors of volume management in discharged patients with CHF, and summarizes the methods and contents of nursing intervention in volume management of discharged patients, which gurantee the continuous treatment of heart failure, provide strong evidence for doctors, reduce the hospitalization rate and improve the quality of life.
