Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of exercise rehabilitation nursing mode on cardiac function and quality of life (QOL) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods Patients with CHF were randomly divided into the experimental group ( n=30) and the control group ( n=30).Patients in the experimental group were given exercise rehabilitation mode based on drug therapy , while patients in the control group were given drug therapy .The whole treatment lasted for about three weeks , and the follow-up lasted for half a year.Cardiac function, the change of QOL and readmission rate at 3 weeks and half a year in two groups were observed and compared .Results The cardiac function of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group , and after six months′treatment, the QOL and readmission rate in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Exercise rehabilitation nursing combined with drug therapy is effective , economical and practical for patients with CHF . Moderate exercise training in patients with CHF can significantly improve patients′physical and mental situation;increase exercise endurance;reduce readmission rate , and improve the QOL .
