Abstract:
Objective To analyze the willingness of community medical staff to accept the day surgery mode and analyze the reasons.Methods Convenience sampling was used to investigate the medical staff in five community hospitals.Results A total of 308 participates were investigated,85.3％ of them expressed that they have heard about the ambulatory surgery model,while 99.4％ of them (306 participates) were willing to accept this surgery mode after we explained to them,and they thought that the ambulatory surgery mode could shorten the preoperative waiting time,and the most worrying aspect of the ambulatory surgery mode was fear of no medical personnel and inadequate preparation for patients in medical knowledge.Conclusions Ambulatory surgery mode is a kind of safe and effective medical model.The acceptance of community medical staff is high,but there is a certain risk perception.
