Abstract:
Supporting the introduction of nursing talents from overseas is the embodiment of the government and hospital attaches great importance to the nursing work. This article summarizes the achievements and problems of our hospital in the nursing information construction by introducing overseas talents, and come up with some suggestionsin order to provide a reference for the peer and accumulate experience for introducing overseas talents.
